Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email from service@wihuotech.com with tracking details.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate and 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, located in Honolulu ,Hawaii. We work with trusted international logistics partners and local carriers, such as FedEx or UPS, to ensure quick and reliable delivery.​

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, excluding processing time and customs clearance.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us at service@wihuotech.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back.
